When will you get a real job?

Sunday 30 May 2021 – 2pm to 3pm

FREE TO ATTEND – ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DONATE TO MUSIC HELPS

Always loved music photography, but never known how to make a dollar out of it, let alone a living? Well you’ve come to the right place! You may have seen them before lurking in the shadows on stage; Chontalle Musson and Chris Morgan will be venturing out during the daylight hours to chat about how they have jumped between “hobby photographer” to “professional photographer” and all your questions in between.

Meet the panel:

Chris enjoys the challenge of creating meaningful content for all musicians he works with. Over the last ten years he has toured with a large handful of New Zealand bands such as Villainy, Devilskin, Blindspott, I Am Giant, Ekko Park, Dead Favours and Written By Wolves. Along with live music photography and videography Chris also offers social media kits, album art and press releases to his clients. Check out his work here; https://www.morgancreative.co.nz/

Chontalle loves to capture memories in images that will last a lifetime. She got her start photographing rock shows for online publications such as The Speakeasy and Ambient Light and now works on media teams for large scale New Zealand productions and festivals. This past year has seen her photograph, behind the scenes, production set ups and live shows for artists and visual production teams such as Netsky, Villainy, Benee and Montell2099. Along with providing social media content for Mediaworks. Check out her work here; https://cpmphotography.pb.online/portfolio
